• You must pre-book your limousine prior to your departure. In case of any changes in your flight schedule, please call us at our Toll free number at 1-866-334-3821 or 416-877-6480 and redo your bookings.
• After your Arrival clear customs and collect your luggage
• Proceed towards our pre-arranged commissionaire booth stands outside the doors,
  
• PRE - ARRANGED STANDS:
• Terminal 1- Door ' D '
• Terminal 3 - Post # 29
• Give commissionaire the name under which your limousine is booked and follow him.
• Your will be picked by our chauffeur within 2 minutes.

CANCELLATIONS : Cancellations for Sedans will be accepted 2 hours before pickup time; otherwise client will be charge full amount of trip. For Stretch and SUV requires 48 hours prior to pick-up time, within 24 hours or earlier, you will be charge $100.00 minimum.

NO SHOW CHARGES : Please inform us in advance about the changes in your flight schedule, cancellation of trip or if you missed the flight to avoid NO SHOW charges.

WAITING TIME CHARGES : Starting $50 per hour will be charged if you are late one hour after the flight arrival at the Airport. But after 1 hour we can also consider it as NO SHOW than the additional NO SHOW charges will also be applied on the Credit Card, unless we received a call from client that he has arrived but is awaiting customs then only the waiting timings will be charged.
